Policies
If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel 24 hours before your appointment time. Late cancellations, no call/no show results in 100% of the service amount being charged + 20% fees.
** If client does not confirm their appointment within 24 hours of appointment time, appointment will be cancelled, and client will be charged the full-service amount plus fee.
*All clients must put a card on hold to secure your appointment. The card will be secured and private through the square app. This card will be charged if a cancelation not within the timeframe allowed or a non-confirmation occurs.
Other Policies
Gift cards and gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable and must be used within a year from purchase date.
Gift Certificates/Gift cards are not able to be used for a canceled appointments or fees.
Military and First Responder Discounts:
Please provide proof of service with a valid identification.
15% discount will be added at time of payment.
